Refreshing summery cold brew tea drink

Beat the Heat with Tea Mocktails

Cold Brew Tea Summer Drinks

A pitcher of cold brew tea is perfect on its own, but it can also be the ideal base for creative summer coolers, mocktails, and spritzers.

1. The Cold Brew Tea Spritzer

Take any robust cold brew (black or dark oolong), pour it over ice, and top it with sparkling water or a splash of ginger ale. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a lemon wheel. The carbonation lifts the tea's naturally sweet notes making it a bubbly, sophisticated alternative to soda.

2. The "Arnold Palmer" Cold Brew Upgrade

The classic half-lemonade, half-iced-tea drink is famous for a reason. But by using cold brew black tea instead of bitter hot-brewed tea, you don't need to add as much sugary lemonade to mask the bitterness. Try a ratio of 70% cold brew tea to 30% fresh lemonade.

3. Muddled Berry Green Tea

Cold brew green tea has an incredible pairing affinity with fresh summer berries. In a large glass, muddle a handful of fresh strawberries or raspberries with a tiny pinch of sugar or agave. Add ice, then pour over your cold brew green tea.
